If you are taking prescribed medications regularly, you will be given a list of these medications, which will be attached to your prescription. Please remove and keep the list until you require your next prescription.

When you have only one weeks supply of medications left, please mark the items you require on your list and hand it to the receptionist. Your prescription will be ready for collection the following weekday.

If you prefer, post your list to the surgery with a s.a.e. and we will post your prescription the following day.
Many chemists will collect prescriptions from the surgery and deliver the medications to the patients home. You can contact your local chemist to discuss this arrangement.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE TELEPHONE FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS AS MISTAKES ARE EASILY MADE.

When you attend hospital, please take your medication list with you. It is important that the doctor knows what drugs you are taking.
