Finding out the result:
A test result is normally returned to the Westbourne Surgery 10 days
after it has been performed. To check the result, please telephone
the surgery during the following hours :
Monday to Thursday 11.15 am to 11.45 noon
Friday 2.00 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Please ask to speak to the practice nurse who will be able to check your records.
Our telephone number is 01484 531672
The nurse will be able to tell you if the result is normal. If not,
she will make an appointment for you, rather than go into details over
the phone. Even if the problem is minor, it is usually more informative
to discuss this face to face.
Important - Do not book an appointment with the doctor until you know
that the result has been received by the surgery. Please phone first
to check.
Just ask our receptionists if you need more information.
